Correlation coefficient between ABTS and either a DPPH (r = 0.58, p < 0.05) or b total phenolics (r = 0.27, p > 0.05). Correlation coefficient between β-carotene bleaching and either c ABTS (r = 0.05, p > 0.05) or d DPPH (r = 0.65, p < 0.05).
