Effect of CULE on glucose uptake (A), immunofluorescence images and intensity of GLUT4 (B, C) in the TNF-α-induced insulin-resistance model of 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Confluent 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were differentiated into adipocytes for eight days. Fully differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes were treated with TNF-α (10 ng/mL) for insulin resistance. After 48 h of TNF-α treatment, 2-NBDG uptake was assessed by the intracellular accumulation of fluorescence. IN (insulin, 100 nM) was used as the positive control. Each value is the mean ± SE of three independent experiments. #p < 0.001 vs. treatment without TNF-α. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 vs. treatment with TNF-α
