The values listed in the table were the peak current of the transition from [Ru(bpy)₂dpp]³⁺ and 5ʹ-GMP to [Ru(bpy)₂dpp]²⁺ and 5ʹ-GMP_OX with the unit of mA. SD₁ was the standard deviation within the group, SD₂ was the standard deviation between groups. CV₁ was the coefficient of variation within the group, and CV₂ was the coefficient of variation between the groups
