Effect of CA on IL-6 and TNF-α production in LPS-stimulated peritoneal macrophages. Cells (3 × 105 cell/well) were pretreated with various concentrations of CA for 1 h and subsequently stimulated with LPS (200 ng/ml) for 24 h. Dexa (1 μM) was used as a positive control. A Cell viability was determined by an MTT assay. B and C The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in cell supernatants was measured using ELISA.
