Effects of C3OG and C3OR on ROS production in HaCaT cells exposed to blue light. HaCaT cells cultured in 96-well plates were exposed to blue light (20,000 lx) for 1 h and then stained with H2DCFDA (A, B). HaCaT cells were pre-treated with the indicated concentrations of C3OG or C3OR for 24 h or with NAC (10 mM) for 1 h prior to exposure to blue light (A, B). The generation of ROS was visualized using a fluorescence microscope, Scale bar, 100 μm (A), or measured using a fluorescence plate reader (B).
