Design of double-stranded RNAs (dsRNAs) targeting PcNLP2 and PcNLP6. a dsRNA_PcNLP2_5′ and dsRNA_PcNLP2_3′ were designed to target the 5′ and 3′ regions of the PcNLP2 mRNA sequence, respectively. Each dsRNA was 400 bp in length, with a 59 bp overlap between them. b dsRNA_PcNLP6_5′ and dsRNA_PcNLP6_3′ were designed to target the 5′ and 3′ regions of the PcNLP6 mRNA sequence, respectively.
