Allicin alleviated ox-LDL induction in EPCs in vitro. A CCK-8 was applied for examining cytotoxicity of allicin in EPCs in vitro. B eNOS, Nrf2 and HO-1 protein expression after ox-LDL induction(24 h), allicin treatment(12 h) and L-NAME treatment (2 h) were evaluated using western blot.
