NS5A interacts directly with h-prune in Huh7 hepatocarcinoma cells. (A) Northern blots for h-prune. Different hepatocarcinoma cells underwent a Northern blotting analysis and the quantity of h-prune expressed was confirmed. Huh7 cells showed the highest h-prune expression level compared with that by other cell types. (B) Co-immunoprecipitation for NS5A and h-prune in Huh7 cells. Cells were transfected with FLAG-NS5A and Myc-h-prune, immunoprecipitated with an anti-FLAG antibody, and immunoblotted with anti-FLAG and anti-Myc antibodies. h-Prune interacted with NS5A in Huh7 cells (n = 4 experiments)
