Control effects of Rosae extract on the levels of cOVA-specific antibodies and MCPT-1 in the serum. The serums were prepared from the blood drawn from the respective group of mice 15 h after the fifth challenge. Levels of cOVA-specific total IgG (A), IgG1 (B), IgG2a (C), IgE (D) and mouse mast cell protease-1 (MCPT-1) (E) in the serums were measured with ELISA. Group description is shown as shown in Fig. 1A. The data represent mean ± SD. Asterisk (*) denotes p < 0.05 by Student’s t test
