Suppressive effects of Rosae extract on the differentiation of cOVA-specific T cells. The cells prepared from the mLNs of the respective group of mice (five mice per group) 15 h after the fifth challenge were cultured for 3 days with cOVA. The concentrations of IL-4 (A), IL-5 (B), IL-10 (C) and IFN-γ (D) in the culture supernatants were measured with ELISA and plotted. Group description is shown as shown in Fig. 1A. The data represent mean ± SD. Asterisk (*) denotes p < 0.05 by Student’s t test
