The effect of DPI, an inhibitor of ROS production, on TGF-β-induced EMT. HeLa cells were pre-treated with DPI for 1 h, followed by the addition of TGF-β (5 ng/mL). At 24 h, the proteins were extracted using RIPA buffer and SDS-PAGE was performed with equal amounts of each protein sample. Band intensities were quantified using ImageJ software
