The effect of ROS inhibitors on TGF-β mediated cell migration and invasion ability of HeLa cells. HeLa cells were treated for 48 h with the ROS inhibitors DPI, NAC, APO, and GKT along with TGF-β (5 ng/mL). a The migration capacity was analyzed using scratch wound healing assays and b the invasion ability was analyzed using Transwell migration assays. The amount of wound closure and cell invasion was calculated using ImageJ software analysis. Statistical analysis was used to determine if treatments were significant (* P < 0.05).
