Histopathological sections of liver (H&E ×200). Sections from the control group showed cells arranged in strings with clear subcellular structure. The AA group and two low dose groups showed congestion of the central vein (black arrow), hepatocyte necrosis, and intracytoplasmic vacuoles. There was central venous congestion in the high dose prevention group, but no obvious pathological damage in the high dose therapeutic group
