Effect of purified saucerneol D from S. chinensis the expression of iNOS (a) and COX-2 (b) in Raw 264.7 cell stimulated with LPS. Raw 264.7 cell (5 × 105 cells/mL) were treated with LPS (1 μg/mL), and, after 1 h, 25 μg/mL of purified saucerneol D dissolved in D.W was added. The cells were further incubated for 18 h. Negative control group (Con) treated only LPS. The values are mean ± SD of three independent experiments. #P < 0.05 compared with the negative control group (Con), **P < 0.01 compared with the positive control group
