Effect of sesamolin on the cytotoxic ability of naïve NK cells. NK cells derived from mice in groups 1, 2, 3, and 5 (Table 2) were used in LDH assays of Yac-1 and WEHI-3B cells. Cytotoxic effects of NK cells derived from A normal and B leukemic mice administered with or without sesamolin for 3 weeks. C Effects of sesamolin on naïve NK cells in vitro. NK cells derived from normal mice were incubated with sesamolin (10 μg/mL) for 48 h, and then cytotoxicity against Yac-1 and WEHI-3B was determined.
