Characteristics of cluster assistance. A Mutation in the basal stem of helper hairpin makes it a less optimal substrate for Microprocessor. The expression level of the recipient hairpin decreased as a result. B Increase in the length of linker region between the helper and recipient hairpins made the expression of the recipient hairpin decrease.
