The model template for A and C of Est15L was the Esterase Crystal structure of Chloramphenicol-Metabolizing Enzyme EstDL 136-Chloramphenicol complex (PDB code: 6iey.1.A) and that for B and D of Est8L was the Esterase Crystal structure of Chloramphenicol-Metabolizing Enzyme EstDL 136 (PDB code: 6aae.1.A). The differences between Est15L and Est8L are marked as red star marks
