The effect of 8-epiasterolid on the LPS-induced expression of iNOS and COX-2 protein in RAW264.7 (A) and BV2 cells (B). Lysates were prepared from cells pre-treated with or without the indicated concentrations of 8-epiasterolid for 3 h and then with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h.
