L6 myoblast were induced to differentiate with 2% horse serum. Cell viability was determined by the MTT assay. The quantitation of 2-NBDG uptake was assessed by the intracellular accumulation of fluorescence. Insulin (IN, 100 nM) was used as the positive control.
