Bacillus sp. CSQ10 cell density was adjusted to OD600 = 0.6, with 2 mL of each medium and 200 µM quercetin. The resulting culture was biotransformed at 30 °C for 12 h, with shaking at 200 rpm. The reaction products were extracted with two volumes of ethyl acetate and analyzed using HPLC. Error bars indicate mean values ± from three independent experiments
