Effect of CA on NF-κB activation in AD-like skin lesion and LPS-stimulated mouse peritoneal macrophages. A The nuclear extract of skin tissue was isolated by Nuclear Extraction Reagents. The levels of NF-κB p65 in nucleus were evaluated by western blot analysis. B The relative expression level of NF-κB p65 was measured using an image analyzer.
