Effects of P-WG, P-RG and P-HPG on TNF-α and IL-6 expression in RAW 264.7 Cells. Cells were stimulated with P-WG (a and d), P-RG (b and e), or P-HPG (c and f) at 125, 250, 500, or 1000 μg/mL for 22 h. Cells supernatants were harvested, and TNF-α and IL-6 secretion was measured using commercial TNF-α and IL-6 ELISA kits, respectively. Cells were stimulated with P-WG (g and j), P-RG (h and k), or P-HPG (i and l) at 500 or 1000 μg/mL for 12 h. Cells were collected to determine TNF-α and IL-6 mRNA levels via quantitative reverse transcription-PCR.
