WSE inhibits RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis. The BMMs were cultured for 4 d in the presence of RANKL (10 ng/mL) and M-CSF (30 ng/mL) in the presence of the vehicle (prethanol) or the indicated concentrations of WSE. A The cells were stained with TRAP solution. B TRAP-positive MNCs were counted as osteoclasts, and C TRAP activity was measured. D The cytotoxicity of WSE on BMMs was evaluated using the CCK-8 assay.
