Columns and rows represent individual metabolites and different tea samples, respectively. The relative abundance box (red indicates higher and blue denotes lower) is generated from integral areas of the peaks identified in 1D 1H NMR corresponding to non-overlapped individual metabolites. Data scaling was based on mean-centered scale and similarity assessment for clustering was based on the Euclidean distance coefficient and the Ward linkage method.
