UVB-induced keratinocyte-conditioned medium (UV CM) affected MMP-1 secretion and mRNA expression in human dermal fibroblasts (Hs68). A Rg2 inhibited MMP-1 mRNA expression. B Rg2 inhibited MMP-1 secretion. Hs68 cells were treated with UV CM with Rg2 (12.5–50 µM) for 24 h. Forskolin was the positive control.
