Lamin B1 and α/β-tubulin were used as loading control in nucleic acid and cytoplasmic protein, respectively. C The localization of p65 was measured via immunofluorescence and CLE showed that p65 moved from the red-stained cytoplasm to the blue-stained nucleus.
