Oral administration of CLE regulated the innate immune system in CPP-induced immunosuppression mice. The CLE at 50, 100 mg/kg/day was orally administrated in mice for 19 days. Also, the CPP at 80 mg/kg/day was injected on days 17, 18 and 19 to induce immunosuppression.
