Expression analysis of GmMYB108 in soybean tissues. qRT-PCR analysis of GmMYB108 in vegetative flowers, seeds, and pod coats at different developmental stages of soybean plants. Roots, shoots, and leaves were collected at the VC stage; mature leaves and flowers were harvested from 7 week-old plants (R2 stage); and developing pod coats and seeds from plants at 25 days after flowering (R6 stage). GmActin11 was used as a reference gene. Data (mean ± SD) are representative of 3 technical and 3 biological replicates
